The Olympics gold medal winning Vodafone Fiji 7s team, Ben Ryan and Osea Kolinisau missed out on the World Rugby Awards in London in the last hour.
The All Blacks won the World Rugby Team of the Year, All Blacks coach Steve Hansen won the Coach of The Year while South Africa’s Seabelo Senatla took the World Rugby 7s Player of the Year Award.
Star referees, Alhambra Nievas and Rasta Rasivhenge have jointly won the Referee of the Year Award.
Ben Ryan and Osea Kolinisau attended the World Rugby Awards Dinner. Ryan had earlier said that he will wear his sulu for this event.
