The Vodafone Fiji soccer team’s dream to play in the World Cup Soccer has been shattered after they lost 2 nil to New Zealand in their OFC Stage 3 World Cup qualifying match in Wellington.

Ryan Thomas was the hero for the home team as he scored both goals.

New Zealand has now qualified for the OFC Stage 3 World Cup qualifying final.

Meanwhile, Ba will play Labasa at 1.30pm Saturday at Subrail Park in the Vodafone Premier League and you can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station, Radio Sargam.

In other matches, Ba will play Dreketi at 1.30pm Sunday and Lautoka will host Rewa at 3pm Sunday.
