England Sevens head coach Simon Amor has named his squad for the Cape Town 7s this weekend.

Charlie Hayter has returned to the squad from injury after he captained The Royals in the Dubai Sevens invitational tournament and was 13th man for the senior side in Dubai.

England are the defending champions of the South Africa 7s and have been drawn in Pool C and will play Uganda, Argentina and Scotland on Saturday.

Dan Bibby and Alex Davis continue their rehabilitation on injuries, which provides the opportunity for Will Glover to continue his development on the world stage as 13th man.

Meanwhile, Fiji will play Wales at 9.37pm tomorrow, they will then meet Canada at 12.58am Sunday before taking on Samoa at 4.19am Sunday.

The quarterfinals will start at 11.04pm Sunday, semifinals at 3.34am Monday while the final will be held at 6.44am Monday.

Looking at the HSBC World Rugby 7s Series points table, South Africa is leading with 22 points, New Zealand is in second place with 19 points, England is in third place with 17 points while Fiji is in fourth place with 15 points.
