It was easy to select the FIJI Water Flying Fijians team because the number one focus for selecting the team is performance.
Acting Head Coach, Senirusi Seruvakula says they have been monitoring all their players in Europe where they have their lead Strength and Conditioning Coach David Silvester, or Tweety, who gives his feedback every week.
He says they have their coaches meeting and bring in their medical team so that they can monitor those injured, while also monitoring the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua.

Fiji will begin its inaugural Nations Championship campaign against Wales on 5th July at 1.10am, before taking on England on 12th July at 1.10am and Scotland on 19th July also at 1.10am during the Southern Hemisphere series.
