Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra are now facing a new charge of cheating in a ₹60 crore money case which is approximately FJD $15 million.

Mumbai Police say the couple was already being investigated for breaking trust, and now they have also been charged with cheating under Indian law.

A 60-year-old businessman from Juhu, Deepak Kothari says he was cheated in a loan and investment deal involving a company called Best Deal TV, where Raj and Shilpa were directors and the company has now shut down.

If found guilty, they could be jailed for up to 7 years and also have to pay a fine. Police have already taken statements from both of them.Source: Hindustan Times
