The Pacific Recycling Foundation have received a donation of children’s books from The Asia Foundation’s Let’s Read initiative, in support of PRF’s Annual Christmas Gift and Stationery Drive.

PRF Founder, Amitesh Deo along with his team, welcomed the contribution, expressing gratitude to The Asia Foundation’s Program Officer, Krystelle Lavaki and her team for partnering with PRF.

Deo says the books, which showcase the Pacific’s rich cultural landscapes, stories and traditions, are expected to provide meaningful learning experiences for children in the communities PRF serves, particularly the children of its Collection Pillars of Recycling.

PRF looks forward to distributing these educational books in the coming months, helping promote literacy and a love of reading among young learners in the region.
