Former USA 7s wing Perry Baker is excited to be part of the 2026 McDonald's Coral Coast Fiji 7s and is looking forward to rubbing shoulders with the local and international teams.

Baker, who will be part of McDonald’s Mike Friday Select 7s side, says he feels this tournament is similar to the HSBC World 7s Series, as there will be 24 teams competing for the i-Wau Trophy.

He says there are talents within this competition, and he is looking forward to sharing the field with these players.

The Mike Friday Select 7s side is in Pool C with USA 7s, Axellerate Dominion Brothers, and India’s Chenai Bulls Select.

The Coral Coast Fiji 7s will be held from Thursday to Saturday at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
