Manchester United aim for top-five boost as they take on Newcastle

Manchester United are looking to strengthen their push for a top-five finish as they take on Newcastle United in the Premier League, with the match underway at Old Trafford.
The hosts have made a strong start and are currently leading by 1-nil.

Three points could prove vital for United in the tightly contested race near the top of the table.

United face the challenge without their injured captain Bruno Fernandes, whose absence is being keenly felt given his influence in midfield and attack.

Newcastle, currently 11th, are aiming to break into the top half of the table as they look to build momentum with a strong performance against a Premier League giant.

With United chasing European qualification and Newcastle hoping to climb the standings, this clash carries significant implications for both teams.
