Fiji Kulas captain Sofi Diyalowai says the team is ready and fully prepared for the crucial match against New Zealand in the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 Oceania Qualifiers semi-final in Hamilton this afternoon.

Diyalowai says the players are determined to give their best performance despite the tough challenge ahead.

The captain says she believes in her team.

She acknowledges that facing New Zealand will be a big test for the team but remains positive.

The Kulas will face the Ferns at 4pm in Hamilton.

A win for the team will see them advance to the final next Wednesday at North Harbour Stadium in Auckland, where a place at the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil will be at stake.

Even if they fall short in the final, the runners-up will still have another opportunity to qualify through the intercontinental play-offs later this year.
