Parents are advised to take advantage of the free heart screening for children during the school holidays, offered by Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Medical Centre.
The initiative aims to help parents ensure their children’s heart health through early detection of potential issues.
The heart screening program runs Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Parents and guardians can book appointments by calling 3312265 or 8372361.
Heart screening in children is crucial, as it can detect hidden heart conditions early, allowing timely treatment and preventing serious complications.
Regular check-ups also educate families on maintaining a healthy heart lifestyle, including proper diet, exercise and monitoring for warning signs.
