BSP is intending to appoint Michael Nacola, current Managing Director of BSP Life, to a newly created role as Deputy Country Head, BSP Fiji, strengthening succession planning across the Group.
BSP says Maikash Ali will also take on an expanded leadership role as Regional Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking, alongside his existing role as Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking for Fiji.
They say Nacola has been Managing Director of BSP Life in Fiji for the past seven years and will take up his new role reporting to BSP Fiji Country Head, Haroon Ali, once his successor is in place at BSP Life.
BSP says they will conduct an internal and external search for his replacement at BSP Life.
