Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Fiji – Sonaisali Island have announced three new management appointments to strengthen their guest services, human resources and commercial operations.
This includes Walid Maher appointed as Front Office Manager at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa, Swastika Raj as Cluster Groups, Meetings, Conferences & Events Sales Manager across both resorts, and Siumen Chung as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts Cluster General Manager Fiji, Carey Osborne says the three appointments bring valuable experience and specialist knowledge across guest services, commercial operations and human resources.
She says their people are at the heart of everything they do, and welcoming experienced professionals while continuing to develop local leaders will strengthen the resorts and Fiji's wider hospitality industry.
Osborne says Maher, who is originally from Egypt, brings international hospitality experience to his role overseeing front office operations and guest services.
She says Raj brings experience in hospitality sales, business development and event management and will oversee group bookings, conferences and events across both properties, while Chung will support human resources operations, staff engagement and workplace culture.
The resorts say the appointments reflect their continued commitment to improving guest experiences, developing local talent and investing in their workforce.
