Woman who allegedly caused the death of her new born baby in Nawaka charged with infanticide

The 24-year-old woman who allegedly caused the death of her new born baby in Nawaka last Monday, has appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court.

Neha Rukshar Ali has been charged with infanticide.

Ali has been remanded in custody.

The case will be called in the Lautoka High Court on the 4th of July.
