Shaenaz Voss is the first female General Manager to head Pacific Sun.
While announcing Voss's appointment, Managing Director and CEO of Air Pacific and board member of Pacific Sun, Dave Pflieger said better customer communication, fleet reliability, and on time performance will be Voss's top priorities.
Until her new appointment, Voss was General Manager Guest Services, Cabin Crew and In Flight Catering at Air Pacific.
She joined the national airline in 2008 as Manager Fiji and Pacific Islands.
She has worked in the airline industry for 20 years.
