It all started with a love for dancing and starting tomorrow, the Fiji public will be able to witness how one can take passion and turn it into art.
The USA Break Dancers who will be part of the international entertainment on offer at the Fiji Showcase 2010, said that this will be a chance for them to show the public how dancing on the streets is fun.
Group leader Julio "Clown" Santiago said that they started in 1998 and since then have been able to tour the world.
The five member dance group is all from the Bronx in New York which is known for its famous sites as well as the various diverse artistic expressions.
Two crew members, Anthony Ready Rosa and Bebo Buba, said that the diversity in the Bronx was what kept them out of trouble and have encouraged youths in the country to head down to the Fiji Showcase 2010 to witness how they can better themselves.
The USA Break Dancers are part of the international entertainment on offer ranging from Fiji Showcase Mascot Cookie the Clown to New Zealand’s Rubber Band Boy as well as local entertainment.
The Fiji Showcase 2010 will be held at the Vodafone Arena starting this Friday with a over 135 booths for visitors to be able to take advantage of over the nine days the trade show will be open.
