Olympic bronze medalist and Fijiana 7s captain Rusila Nagasau says they are thankful to the team management for pushing them to achieve new heights in their preparation for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

She says sometimes they wanted to give up during the sand dunes sessions, however, with the encouraging words from their coaching staff they endured through it all.

Nagasau says the sand dunes sessions were some of the toughest during their preparations.

The Fijiana 7s and the rest of Team Fiji are currently in quarantine.
