The worrying trend continues as Police have highlighted a case of alleged attempted suicide involving a 17 year old student after receiving negative comments about her TikTok video.
Spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says the matter was reported at the Sigatoka Police Station last week and the victim is recovering well.
Parents and guardians are being urged to monitor and also talk to their children about the pros and cons of social media.
