Major multimillion dollar shopping, warehouse and cinema complexes are expected to be constructed next to the new Nausori market and bus terminal in the near future.
Nausori Town Council’s CEO Akhtar Ali confirms that 35 commercial lots have been developed next to the new Nausori market which used to be the Nausori Golf Course.
He says the Nausori Town Council and other relevant authorities have given the landowners green light to go ahead with the development.
Ali says they have already received strong interests from major commercial organizations who want to construct shopping, warehouse and cinema complexes.
He says land development will take around six to nine months.
