This the first time the two iconic stars will perform together.
The two say they will have an empowering message that honors their Latino roots and the performance will also pay tribute to NBA star Kobe Bryant.
Last year the show was headlined by Maroon 5, Travis Scott and Big Boi.
The Kansas City Chiefs will take on the San Francisco 49ers at 11.30am today.
