Crusaders wing Sevu Reece scored the first try as they beat the Hurricanes 39-25 in their Super Rugby Aotearoa match this afternoon.
The Crusaders beat the Hurricanes by two tries and claimed a bonus point in the process. It was a closely fought match until the last 10 minutes when the Crusaders ran away with the win.
The Crusaders led 19-15 at halftime.
This is the Crusaders first game and first win in the competition while the Hurricanes have recorded their second loss. Last week the Hurricanes fell to the Blues 30-20.
