A 20-year-old Vatukarasa resident of Nadroga, Marika Ragogo who is charged with indecently insulting and annoying any person appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.
Ragogo has been charged for allegedly posting a photo of a minor and saying that he wants to have sex with her.
Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa has adjourned the case to tomorrow for Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili to decide on whether this matter will be shifted to the Sigatoka Magistrates Court.
Ragogo has been remanded in custody.
