People's Alliance Party Leader and Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka

People's Alliance Party Leader and Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has urged his party members to speak up and to continue to let the communication channel open.

While speaking at the Party's General Assembly at the FMF Gymnasium, Rabuka says the members should not broadcast their feelings on the media or social media because they get better meaningful responses when they communicate according to the communication channel in the party.

He says this week, they attended two town hall meetings in the West to demonstrate that they are a government that listens.

Rabuka says at the end of the meeting, he told his team that they received a lot of complaints but he urged the members not to be discouraged and keep the communication line open.

He adds that they have come a long way and achieved a lot, and not much of it has been publicized.

He also highlighted that his Majesty King Charles III would like to receive a delegation from the Great Council of Chiefs, and this will be deliberated when the GCC meeting convenes next Saturday.

Party President Ratu Josefa Dimuri acknowledged the members for making time to be part of the meeting.

He says this indicates their faith and belief in something that is true and normal.

Ratu Josefa says they believe in a government and a party that is here for the country.

He adds that the party is here to stay for quite a while.

Meanwhile, People's Alliance Party members from across the country turned up in numbers to be part of the Party's General Assembly today.
