Queen Victoria School and Ba Provincial Secondary lead the boys medal tally as we enter the second half of day one of the 2011 Coca Cola Games.
Both schools have one gold and one silver each.
Kadavu Secondary School, Ratu Navula Secondary and Dreketi High all have one gold each while Marist Brothers High School is up next with one silver and one bronze.
Looking at Fijivillage medal tally for the girls division, Nadarivatu Secondary, MGM and Nadroga Arya College are locked in first place with one gold each.
Natabua High, Vunisea Secondary and Lelean are next with one silver each.
And as widely publicised, the No False Start rule has been implemented in the Coca Cola Games for the first time this year.
The rule means that any athlete break starting will be disqualified without a second chance.
One of the favourites in the 400 metres event has already fallen victim to the rule in the heats in the last hour.

QVS athlete, Emosi Bure won the Tailevu School’s first gold medal in the Senior Boys 1,500 metres event as he caused a major upset this morning.
Last year's champion, Varasiko Tomeru of Marist Brothers High School came in fourth.
Josese Rabesa of Dreketi High School also caused a big upset in the 1,500 metres Junior Boys event, winning gold for his school.
In the girls Open 1,500 metres event, Nadarivatu Secondary School's Mereseini Naidau won gold while Adi Cakobau School's Akesa Drotini and Suva Grammar School's Nohela Taqai were unplaced.
The 200 metres heats are currently underway and this will be the first time that we will see top guns in the Senior Boys, Banuve Tabakaucoro, Lepani Naivalu and Mataiasi Savou taking on the tracks in the 2011 Coca Cola Games.
The 4x400 metres heats get underway at about 1.43pm today.
The 100 metres heats kick off at 5pm today.
The 100 metres finals will start at 7.25pm tonight.
