Police search for the two prisoners who escaped from the Suva High Court

Police are searching for two convicted prisoners Paula Muayara and Vilimoni Saumaki who escaped from the Suva High Court this afternoon.

Police say these two prisoners were convicted today and were to be remanded for sentencing.

They are requesting the public to call Crime Stoppers 919 or National Command Centre on 9905 296 if they have any information regarding their whereabouts.
