Nominees for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards revealed

The nominees for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards have been revealed, and it's Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars and Kendrick Lamar in the lead with 15 Billboard Music Awards nominations apiece.

All three are up for Top Artist, competing against Drake, and Taylor Swift in that field.

It is also a good day for Cold Play who will be up against Irish Rock band U2 both nominated for an award in the Top Duo/Group award and Imagine Dragons, has snagged 11 nominations in 10 categories for the Billboard Music Awards   

Also making their presence felt is hard rock band, Guns N Roses who have 2 nominations in 2 categories while Justin Bieber has 8 nominations, and the boys behind "Despacito," Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee have 7 nominations apiece.

The 2018 Billboard Music Awards will be held on the 20th of next month.
