The Yavusa Nakorolevu of Muana village in Toga, Rewa, will soon turn their 120 acres of crown land into a multimillion dollar city.
The plan was drawn up by the four mataqalis of Madadredre, Natikoriwaca, Vunivaivai and Waisousou six years ago after the land was returned to them by the I-Taukei Trust Board (ITLB).
Canaan Development Enterprise CEO Viliame Yabakivou said they will develop the idle land into a $104 million city based in Muana village and it will be called Nakorolevu City.
The City will have some 3-4 star hotels, real estate, as well as residential lots and shopping malls.
Muana Village is on the banks of the Rewa River just before entering Nausori town.
