It was a birthday to remember for 94 year old Rup Chand as he met Hurricanes and All Blacks star Jordie Barrett yesterday.
Chand was having his birthday dinner with his family at the Holiday Inn.
He noticed the players and wanted to take photos with them.
Chand’s son approached Barrett to ask if his father could take a photo with him and Barrett was happy to oblige.
