A man who is charged with 3 counts of rape, 2 counts of sexual assault, and one count each of assault causing actual bodily harm, robbery, damaging property and criminal intimidation has been further remanded in custody.
Sevanaia Baleinadi had earlier pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
It is alleged that Baleinadi raped , sexually assaulted, robbed, criminally intimidated and damaged the property of a 57-year-old woman in Suva.
The alleged incidents took place in January last year.
State has informed court that they will be calling eight witnesses during the trial.
The case has been adjourned to the 27th of next month.
