Man in custody after allegedly being found with illicit drugs

A 39-year-old man is in Nausori police custody after allegedly being found with illicit drugs.

Police say a crystal white powder believed to be methamphetamine and dried leaves believed to be marijuana were found at the man’s residence in Nausori.

They say a raid was conducted on Friday after a tip off from members of the public.

Police investigations continue.
