Makare to rock Fiji Showcase today

It’s Friday with Makare!

William Waqanibaravi the leader of the famous Makare band is already counting down the hours before they perform at the Fiji Showcase Stage in one of their biggest public appearance since releasing their first Album.

Waqanibaravi who is commonly known as ‘Bigwilz’ said they have prepared a special treat just for Fiji Showcase.

Bigwilz said this is the chance too for those who missed all their concerts in Suva and Nadi.

The Makare band members include Bigwilz, Phil Dakei, Simi Rova and Felix Chaudhry.                                  

Makare’s first album has been a big hit from last year after they re-recorded some of Fiji’s old hits.

Makare will be performing at 7 tonight at the Vodafone Arena entertainment stage.            

Looking at other shows, at 3.45pm is Cookie’s Crazy Comedy Show, at 4.30pm is the Children’s entertainment while at 5.45pm is the Funny Business Show.

Fiji Showcase will open at midday today and closes at 9pm and tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for kids, this also covers for the entertainment like watching Makare live.
