Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School has set the target to win the boys and girls titles in the 2025 Coca-Cola Games.

The school which had never won the 100 metres Senior Girls and Boys events created history in the Coke Games last week.

Waisale Inoke won the Senior Boys 100 metres while Kesaia Boletanakadavu won the Senior Girls 100 metres event.

MGM School Principal Sanjay Raman says they have set out a 3 year plan for the school and they are also aiming to be the first school to turn to digital education from next year.

Raman adds that in their long-term plan, they want to take part in all sports including rugby.

Meanwhile, MGM athletes received awards and prizes during their celebration last night with old scholars, parents and teachers.

MGM won 5 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze in this year’s Coke Games.
