Lagakali House has defended the Adi Cakobau School Inter-House title by winning 18 gold, 14 silver and 10 bronze medals at HFC Bank Stadium.
Mokosoi House came second with 13 gold, 14 silver and 8 bronze while Uci finished third with 11 gold, 13 silver and 12 bronze medals.
Kakala came fourth with 8 gold, 9 silver and 19 bronze medals.
Meanwhile, Yvonne Nalewabau was declared Best Athlete in the senior grade while Filomena Navula was the Best Athlete in the Junior Grade.
