Former Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is claiming that it seems there is a political witch-hunt in respect to a number of matters.
Sayed-Khaiyum made the comments while leaving the CID Headquarters yesterday.
He says he is also disappointed that he was not allowed to attend the full funeral service of his relative yesterday as he had to go to the CID for questioning.
Sayed-Khaiyum will be questioned again today.
He stresses that he denies the allegations levelled against him.
Chief of Intelligence, Investigations and Prosecutions, ACP Sakeo Raikaci confirms that this is the continuation of the investigation into the reports lodged by the Acting Supervisor of Elections.
