Hughes scores last minute winner as Rewa edge Navua

Rewa striker Bruce Hughes scored a last-minute winner as they beat Navua 2-1 in the Digicel Premier League at the Uprising Sports Centre this afternoon.

Setareki Hughes gave Rewa the lead in the 23rd minute but Navua captain Vineet Chand equalized from the penalty spot soon after.

The match was headed for a draw until Hughes scored the winning goal in the dying moments.

This is Rewa’s first win this season.
