Henri-Lusaka’s judgement deferred to Monday

The judgement for Congo national Kiala Henri Lusaka, who allegedly murdered his wife, will be delivered on Monday.

The 42-year-old allegedly murdered his Australian wife on 23rd July 2019 in Service Street, Suva.

The judgement was expected to be delivered today, however, High Court Judge, Justice Kulatunga Mudiyanselage Gihan Himanshu Kulatunga says because there was no interpretor today, the judgement will be delivered on Monday.

Justice Kulatunga also told the lawyers that they have until Monday to submit their submissions.
