A Greenpeace ship is currently berthed at the Princess Wharf near the Suva market, for a port stop.

The MY Esperanza is one of three Greenpeace ships that travel the world to campaign on environmental issues, and is in Suva for the first time.

Greenpeace Fiji Communications and Media Relations Kelvin Anthony says since their port stop will last a few days, they have decided to hold an Open Boat where they open their ship's doors so that people in Suva get the chance to understand a bit more about their environmental campaigns and the integral link that their ships play in progressing their campaigns.
