Fiji Airways Flying Fijians Coach John McKee says two important factors they will be trying to improve in tomorrow’s match are ball retention and discipline during their defence.

McKee says they expect a different and challenging match against the Maori All Blacks where the host team will want to bounce back on their home territory and turn the table on them.

He says they will need to be very patient with the ball to build pressure on the host team where he revealed that in their game last week they made many line breaks but they also turned over too much ball.

McKee stressed it is important for these players to grab this opportunity and make a strong statement so that they stake a spot in the final 31 member squad for the Rugby World Cup in September.

McKee has named his 23 member team that will take on the Maori All Blacks which includes a mixture of local and international players such as Leeroy Atalifo, Alivereti Veitokani, Filipo Nakosi, Jale Vatubua, Veremalua Vugakoto and Josh Matavesi.

Fiji will play the Maori All Blacks at 7.35pm tomorrow at Rotorua International Stadium.
