Fiji Barbarians win McDonald's Coral Coast 7s

The Fiji Barbarians are the winners of the McDonald's Fiji's Coral Coast 7s after defeating Saunaka 22-5 in the cup final this afternoon.

The Fiji Barbarians showed class and composure as they played Saunaka with some brilliant footy.

The Barbarians led 17-0 at halftime.

In the second spell, the top try scorer for Saunaka scored a try to close the gap.

A yellow card was given to Barbarians player Josese Batirerega, which gave Saunaka a numerical advantage.

The wet conditions was evident in the second spell as a lot of mistakes were committed by both sides.

Terio Tamani got the first try for the Fiji Barbarians in the second half.
