The bus driver who was involved in the fatal accident in Lautoka on Monday afternoon is now in police custody.
Police say he is currently being questioned.
Meanwhile, the three passengers that were travelling in the bus have been discharged from hospital.
A man in his late 30's had passed away due to this accident.
