Elderly woman robbed this morning along Waimanu Road

An elderly woman had her necklace taken in a grab and run incident at around 8.30 this morning along Waimanu Road.

Two men allegedly snuck up on the woman as she was walking along Waimanu Road in front of Nippons Trading Company and robbed her.

We witnessed Police chasing two men who allegedly robbed the woman.

The Police chase continued until Robertson Road but it was unsuccessful.
