A driver escaped injuries after his vehicle was involved in a serious road accident near the Fiji National University campus in Samabula.
Police say the driver is alleging that while he was driving up from Edinburgh drive when another vehicle also forced its way onto the lane and his vehicle went off the road and broke the fence.
The driver said he could not see the registration of the other vehicle as the driver fled the scene.
