A man has lost his life following an accident along Edinburgh Drive this afternoon.
Police say the victim lost control of the vehicle he was driving, causing it to veer off the road, and hit a lamp post.
They say officers from the National Fire Authority and Police worked together to remove the victim from the vehicle.
He was conveyed to the CWM Hospital where medical officials confirmed his death.
Police say a post mortem will be conducted to ascertain the victim’s cause of death as investigations continue.
