After pulling out from the last leg of the World 7s series, 29-year-old Ilai Tinai knows that he will achieve his dream he set a few years ago.
Tinai who is from Lomanikoro village in Bua made his debut for Fiji in 2008 and was part of the victorious Hong Kong 7s team last year and this year as well.
The former Naikavaki Secondary School student said dreams can come true.
Fiji will play Tonga at 12.28am this Saturday in their first pool match of the 7s World Cup.
We then take on Uruguay at 6.28pm Saturday and Fiji’s last pool match is against Wales at 12.42am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals start at 9pm Sunday, the Cup semis kick off at 12.40am Monday while the World Cup 7s final will start at 4.55am Monday.
