Defending champions, Suva has beaten Rewa 1-0 in their first match of the Digicel Premier League at the ANZ Stadium this afternoon.
Mohammed Ramzan scored the lone goal for Suva.
In other matches this afternoon, Lautoka has beaten Navua 1-0 at Churchill Park.
Last season’s top goal scorer and Suva import, Sairusi Nalaubu scored the goal for Lautoka.
Meanwhile, Osea Vakatalesau scored twice for Nadroga as they drew 2-2 against Nadi at Lawaqa Park.
Rahul Krishna and Napolioni Qasevakatini scored a goal each for Nadi.
Suva will face Nadroga while Rewa will play Lautoka next weekend.
