Fiji-born Filipo Daugunu has been named on the wing for the Queensland Reds side that will take on the Waratahs in the first match of Super Rugby Australia tomorrow.

Daugunu missed the early rounds of the Super Rugby earlier this year after being suspended for five rounds for a dangerous tackle in a trial match.

The former Labasa goalkeeper joined the Reds in 2018.

Other top players that will start for the Reds include James O’Connor, Bryce Hegarty and Taniela Tupou.

Mark Nawaqanitawase has also been named on the wing for the Waratahs.

The Reds will take on the Waratahs at 9.05pm tomorrow while the Brumbies take on the Rebels at 9.15pm Saturday.
