The Crusaders' wingers stole the spotlight in Christchurch, as All Black and Kadavu speedster Sevu Reece scored hat-trick while his teammate Macca Springer scored five tries.

They led their team to a 55-33 victory over the Western Force.

The Force put up a strong game in the first half, scoring three tries through Mac Grealy and Will Harris, along with penalty kicks, keeping the contest close as the Crusaders led 20-18 at halftime.

The defending champions dominated the second half, adding 35 points while the Force managed just 15

The Crusaders now shift their focus to a blockbuster clash against the Blues at Eden Park next Saturday.
