Great news for people living in Nausori as construction of a $30 million Mall is currently underway that will boost development and create more employment opportunities.

The mall is scheduled to open by mid-2026.

The mall will feature retail outlets, dining options, entertainment venues, health and wellness centres, ample parking, and public spaces.

Managing Director Mahendar Singh says by continuously investing in new projects and developments, they aim to solidify their position as a leading local investor and contribute significantly to Fiji's economic and social development.

Investment Fiji Chief Executive Officer Kamal Chetty says the project is a strong indicator of investor confidence in Fiji’s economy which reflects the trust investors have in Fiji’s potential.

He says the project’s strategic location in Nausori takes advantage of its proximity to major transportation hubs, a growing population, and strong economic potential, while also contributing to community development.

Chetty adds the vision is to create a vibrant and dynamic business environment that attract both local and foreign investors, paving the way for Fiji's economic growth.
