First Lady Adi Filomena Katonivere calls on all women to champion inclusivity and drive for positive change.

She highlighted this during the second Women Invigorating the Nation Convention closing dinner at the Grand Pacific Hotel.

Adi Filomena says the convention program offered a wide-ranging mix of topics and speakers that greatly complemented the theme of sustainable solutions for success which is a much-needed value to one's business and career.

She also commended the Women Entrepreneurs Business Council on their 10th Anniversary for their positive and influential impacts made in the lives of women entrepreneurs in Fiji and the Fijian economy, in both the informal and formal sectors of business.

The First Lady says she is excited for what the future holds for women entrepreneurs in the country, especially with WEBC leading the way in supporting women across all sectors from the informal to the micro and corporate level, women leaders, and Stakeholder Collaboration in advocating for members to pursue sensible financial management.

While congratulating the committee for organizing the second convention she also highlighted that the commitment of the Committee is to ensure that this annual event continues to thrive and become a permanent fixture in our events calendar.
