Pending payments for all personnel engaged in the 2025 National Examinations, including coders, supervisors, and markers for years 8, 12, and 13 is currently being finalized by the Ministry of Education.
The Permanent Secretary of Education Navin Raj Shayam acknowledges the professionalism and unwavering commitment demonstrated by the thousands of officers who supported this year’s examination.
Shayam says it is working to ensure all outstanding allowances are disbursed as a matter of priority.
They say progress has been made across all levels, with a large majority of examination personnel already fully compensated.
The Ministry says that for the remaining outstanding claims, the delay is due to documentation issues, and the Ministry is working with the Heads of schools and the Divisional Educational Officers to ensure that all issues are resolved.
They say to expedite future payments, the Ministry is encouraging personnel who have encountered bank-related documentation issues to consider M-PAiSA as an alternative, as this often allows for faster payout processing.
The Ministry of Education remains fully committed to ensuring that all appointed Examination Personnel will be compensated for their service.
