3 senior prefects of a Suva based school will be produced in the Suva Magistrates Court after they were charged with allegedly assaulting a 17-year-old student from the same school while investigators are looking for a 4th suspect who is also a student as he allegedly assaulted the victim with a piece of timber.

The alleged incident occurred on the 29th of July at the school.

The three accused, an 18-year-old and two 17-year-olds allegedly assaulted the victim after receiving information that he was seen smoking outside the school.

The three have been charged with assault.
